Cuban born and Texas raised, I am a man who turns interests into passions and passions into life’s works. Photography started as a hobby but turned into so much more while in the Army Reserves. I joined in 2008 (still active) and started utilizing my photography skills for my unit in 2012 in public affairs. My photography passions include Black & Whites and portraits. I love doing headshots because of the details and the depths of emotion in the eyes. To me, the purpose, the beauty of photography is that it captures a moment forever. That’s why I love doing weddings, graduations, family portraits, as well as corporate events.
I have recently returned home to Houston after attending Texas Tech in Lubbock to continue my love of photography. Not only is my family here, I just love this place! I do street photography in and around the city. When I’m not taking pictures, I enjoy cars, computers, and military history. (Actually, my interest and love of history is what lead me to join the Army in the first place! Why read about military history when you can become part of its next chapter?)
